Delhi – Panchkula – Shimla trip

I promise not to bore you with history of Shimla and its signification in Shimla Agreement! Anyway who wants to read history on a vacation article anyhow!

Saturday evening the bags were packed in 45 minutes. Reached Delhi main station and left for Panchkula (via Chandigarh) in Shatabhi Express. Checked in... got ready... and moved out by next day afternoon to Shimla.

We chose not to drive and waited for a cab, for 2400 bucks one qualis. The hills were unpolluted and there were a very few buildings in site while traveling up, just the way they were supposed to be on a hill station. I was really fascinated with the hills.

We managed to reach Shimla around evening and spend about an hour looking for a hotel... and finally checked in... got ready... and moved out to spend the rest of the evening just walking around the Mall Road... what crowd !!! I have not seen better girls aunties in this quantity & quality for a long time... the place was full of people.. and a good percentage of this people was CHICKS... and chicks were ‘FULL’ as well ……yummy!! For a second had a thought to buy property there and have a apple a day!!!!

Had to wake up early to go to Kufri (7000 feet above sea level) lots of mules in kufri... some rain... a wonderful view point... some pictures... and some great himachali chicks…. wonderfully tasty punjabi rajma and well made mohito!!

About 5 hours of non-stop travel from Shimla to Chandigarh... with all of us sleeping in the Sumo...this journey one of the most interesting and well spent journeys of my life came to an end!!!

Shatabdi came... took our seats... and were back in Delhi by midnight... so a 7 days very well spent in the company of some amazing friends and family...these are the times when you look back and think life has been good to us!!!

The next weekend is coming and i am not going to do much... relax and allow Shimlas heavy duty chicks thoughts to pamper me all over again!

Starting May'08, i have to manage to have one outstation trip every year !!! i am praying to God that this continues forever!!!
